When you or your broker call us to report your claim, we’ll immediately contact one of our approved contractors or repair facilities in your area. We’ll give them your coverage information and details of the damage so they’re ready to get working on repairs right away — no appraisals or estimates required. There’s no need for you to shop around for reputable, qualified contractors or repair shops as we’ve already done that for you. Our partners must meet rigorous performance standards to be part of our program. 

  • Prompt, efficient, and hassle-free service
  • Convenient, on-site car rental pick-up at our Certified Economical Repair Facility (CERF)
  • Lifetime guarantee (while you own the vehicle) on body, parts, and paint repairs made by a CERF
  • Two-year guarantee on property restoration and repairs made by a Certified Economical Quality Contractor (CEQC)

While you have the option to use a contractor or repair shop that does not participate in our program, we can guarantee your satisfaction only when you choose one of our approved partners.
