Recruitment during the pandemic

Thank you for considering a career with Economical Insurance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve temporarily put a pause on hiring for many positions, with the exception of the opportunities you can search below.

Our response

At Economical, we were quick to support our employees and get them working from the safety of home within days of the start of the pandemic. Everyone here has adjusted well, but it is a different work environment right now. Our focus remains on supporting our customers, broker partners, and employees, while making decisions to help us navigate the crisis.

What you can expect

Candidates selected to interview for available roles will be invited to either a live video interview with hiring leaders or asked to make a recorded video using ConveyIQ. (Those selected to use this platform will receive an email from ConveyIQ providing easy instructions and access to the interview-video recording session). Onboarding will be virtual, as necessary, and working from home will be in place for the majority of positions.

We’ll resume hiring for all other roles as soon as we’re able to do so; please watch this page for updates. If you have already submitted a resume for a specific position and have been selected to move forward with the process, expect to receive an email from us in the future.

We’ll let all candidates know the status of their application as quickly as possible.
